Robert S. Abrahams, Esq., has over twenty years of experience as a real estate attorney in the public and private sector. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. While working for the State of Maryland as an attorney and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Department of General Services Office of Real Estate, Robert Abrahams honed his skills in the commercial real estate arena. His experience includes the examination of title, the preparation and review of deeds and documents for the real estate settlements for the Ravens’ and Orioles’ stadiums and the African American Museum. He has worked on some of the largest acquisitions of Real Estate for many agencies for the State of Maryland, including the Maryland Stadium Authority, Department of Natural Resources Deep Creek Lake Buydown project, Department of Agriculture’s Agriculture Easement Land Preservation Foundation Program and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Robert Abrahams is a master at identifying and resolving title issues. During his career, he has settled hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate for the State of Maryland and is a 2006 recipient of a Governor’s Citation for invaluable service to the State of Maryland.
